Big Mac Power Bowls

A high-protein meal prep inspired by the classic Big Mac, divided into 6 servings.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs weighed raw 96/4 lean meat
  • 1 xl onion, chopped
  • 1 pack of center cut bacon
  • 300g rice weighed raw
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 bag of fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 240g Miracle Whip (20 calorie kind)
  • 45g sugar-free ketchup
  • 20g mustard
  • 100g sweet relish (20 calorie kind)
  • 9g paprika
  • 5g onion powder
  • 6g garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook 3 pounds of beef with 1 large chopped onion, 6 grams of garlic powder, 9 grams of paprika, and 5 grams onion powder. Break up the meat and let it cook.
  2. Cook 1 whole pack of center cut bacon.
  3. Cook 300 grams of rice with 2 cups of water.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix 240 grams of Miracle Whip, 45 grams of no sugar added ketchup, 20 grams of mustard, 100 grams of sweet relish, 6 grams of garlic powder, 9 grams of paprika, and 5 grams onion powder to make the sauce.
  5. Once the bacon is cooked, chop it up and add it to the beef along with the bacon grease. Mix and continue cooking the meat.
  6. Add the cooked rice and sauce to the beef and mix well.
  7. Add 1 bag of fat-free cheddar cheese and mix.
  8. Divide the mixture into 6 meal prep containers.
