Buffalo Chicken Dip with Ranch Chips

Ingredients

  • 226 grams (1 cup) of fat-free shredded cheddar cheese, rinsed
  • 226 grams (1 cup) of fat-free cottage cheese
  • 20 grams of water
  • 252 grams (2 cups) of cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 240 grams (1 cup) of hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 226 grams (1 cup) of plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 10 grams of ranch seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Blend 226 grams of fat-free cottage cheese with 20 grams of water until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 252 grams of finely chopped cooked chicken breast, 240 grams of hot sauce, the blended cottage cheese, 226 grams of Greek yogurt, and 10 grams of ranch seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Spray a 5 by 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with 226 grams of rinsed fat-free shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
