Buffalo Loaded Fries

A quick and easy high-protein, low-calorie dish featuring buffalo chicken and crispy fries.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Optional: 1 tbsp butter
  • Chives, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the russet potatoes into thin fries, pat them dry, and spray with avocado oil. Season with salt.
  2. Air fry the fries at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. On high heat, sear the ground chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown, then drizzle with buffalo sauce.
  5. Cook on low heat for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the chicken over the air-fried fries.
  7. Top with low-calorie yogurt ranch and garnish with chives.
