Buffalo Loaded Fries
A quick and easy high-protein, low-calorie dish featuring buffalo chicken and crispy fries.

Ingredients
- 2-3 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
- Avocado oil spray
- 1.5 lbs ground chicken
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Avocado oil spray
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- Optional: 1 tbsp butter
- Chives, to garnish
Instructions
- Cut the russet potatoes into thin fries, pat them dry, and spray with avocado oil. Season with salt.
- Air fry the fries at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- On high heat, sear the ground chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until the chicken is golden brown, then drizzle with buffalo sauce.
- Cook on low heat for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the chicken over the air-fried fries.
- Top with low-calorie yogurt ranch and garnish with chives.
