Cheesy Steak Cajun Alfredo
A high-protein cheesy Cajun Alfredo pasta with steak, perfect for a delicious meal prep.

Ingredients
- 25 oz sirloin steak, cubed
- 5 slices center-cut bacon
- 70g reduced fat cream cheese
- 28g parmesan
- 28g reduced fat cheddar
- 250g fat-free cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup 2% evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp dry Alfredo mix
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 9 oz DeCecco cavatappi
- Avocado spray
Instructions
- Cut 24 ounces of steak into thin cubes. Spray with avocado spray and season with garlic, herbs, pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a pan to high heat and cook the steak until crispy on every side.
- Sauté some onion and a little bit of garlic. Add chicken broth and then add the blended sauce mixture. Optionally, add a Kraft powder for a mac and cheese flavor.
- Cook 9 oz of DeCecco cavatappi pasta according to package instructions.
- Mix together the cooked steak, prepared sauce, and cooked pasta. Stir in the cheeses until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
Notes
Tip: For best results, blend the sauce ingredients together when no one else is around to maintain the element of surprise.
