Chicken, Bacon, Buffalo Ranch Pasta
A high-protein, flavorful pasta dish that’s perfect for meal prepping.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast
- 16 ounces of protein pasta
- 1 bag of fat-free mozzarella cheese
- 1 bag of fat-free cheddar cheese
- 3 American cheese slices
- 1 bag of real bacon bits
- 1 half bag dried tomatoes
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup fat-free ranch
- 1 seasoning ranch packet
- 1 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
Instructions
- Season 3 pounds of chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Beat the chicken with a meat tenderizer to flatten it for even cooking.
- Cook the seasoned chicken in an electric skillet or stovetop with a five-calorie spray.
- While the chicken is cooking, boil 16 ounces of protein pasta.
- Chop the cooked chicken and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add half a bag of dried tomatoes, a bag of real bacon bits, one bag of fat-free cheddar cheese, and one bag of fat-free mozzarella cheese.
- Add one packet of ranch seasoning and one cup of fat-free ranch.
- Pour in one cup of Frank’s RedHot Sauce and mix everything well until the cheese melts.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 10 meal prep containers.
Notes
Reheating Instructions: To reheat in the fridge, use a microwave for 60 seconds. For freezer-stored meals, add a little water, cover with a napkin, and microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
