Ingredients
- Lean ground beef
- Finely chopped onion
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Sazon
- Starch
- Water
- High-fiber tortillas
- Reduced fat cheese
- Oil
- Low-fat Greek yogurt
- Red taco sauce
- Water
- Taco seasoning
Instructions
- Lightly oil your pan and heat it.
- Once hot, add the lean ground beef and break it down with a wooden spoon.
- Add finely chopped onion and garlic, letting everything cook together.
- Mix in taco spices: oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and sazon.
- Sprinkle in some starch and add water, mixing thoroughly. Cook until well combined.
- Use high-fiber tortillas, laying ground beef on one side.
- Sprinkle a little reduced fat cheese on each taco.
- Oil a sheet tray and arrange the tacos on it.
- Lightly spray tacos with oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 10 minutes or until crispy.
- Combine low-fat Greek yogurt, red taco sauce, water, and taco seasoning.
- Mix well to create a high-protein dipping sauce.
- Serve tacos with the dipping sauce and enjoy.
