Garlic Ranch Steak Tater Tot Bowls
Tater tot loaded garlic ranch steak bowls, an easy high-protein, low-calorie meal.

Ingredients
- 800g potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 32 oz sirloin steak
- 2 tsp taco seasoning (Siete recommended)
- 200g nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 75g nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 10 tbsp nacho cheese
- 1 tbsp pico de gallo
- Oil spray (for air frying)
Instructions
- Boil 800g chopped potatoes until fork tender.
- Drain and mash with 1 egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Roll mashed potatoes into small balls (quarter-sized) and spray lightly with oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking halfway.
- Season 32 oz sirloin steak with 2 tsp taco seasoning. Grill until cooked to preference. Let rest, then slice or cube.
- In a blender or bowl, mix 200g Greek yogurt, 75g cottage cheese, 1 tbsp light mayo, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, squeeze of lemon to make garlic ranch sauce.
- Add a layer of crispy potato balls. Top with sliced grilled steak. Drizzle with nacho cheese. Spoon on garlic ranch sauce. Finish with a small scoop of pico de gallo.
