High-Protein Banza Pasta with Ground Beef and Cheese
A tasty and protein-packed pasta dish loaded with Banza pasta, ground beef, and cheesy goodness, perfect for meal prepping.

Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 lbs 93/7 ground beef
- 70g tomato paste
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 3 to 4 plum tomatoes, chopped (300g)
- 2 boxes Banza pasta
- 300g fat-free cottage cheese, blended
- 1 bag fat-free cheddar cheese
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Take just one onion and chop it.
- Cook two pounds of beef in a hot pan.
- When the beef is about halfway cooked, add the chopped onion.
- After the beef is fully cooked, drain the fat.
- Add 70 grams of tomato paste to the beef.
- Mix in one packet of taco seasoning.
- Pour in one can (10 ounces) of red enchilada sauce.
- Add three to four chopped plum tomatoes or 300 grams.
- Let the mixture simmer for about five minutes.
- Cook two boxes of Banza pasta according to package instructions.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in one pot.
- Add 300 grams of blended cottage cheese and mix well.
- Top with a bag of fat-free cheddar cheese.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
