High Protein Beef and Potato Casserole
A high protein meal to support gym-goers, featuring beef, bacon, potatoes, and a homemade sauce.

Ingredients
- 3 lbs 96/4 beef
- 12 Sargento ultra-thin slices of cheddar
- 48 oz petite gold potatoes
- 10 slices beef bacon
- 16 oz onion
- 200g 0% Greek yogurt
- 80g mustard
- 80g light mayo
- 50g no sugar ketchup
- 50g relish
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Start off with 48 ounces of petite gold potatoes. Spray with avocado spray lightly and cover with everything seasoning. Shake to coat. Place in the oven at 425°F for 45 minutes.
- Cook 3 pounds lean beef with 16 ounces of onions, seasoning heavily with burger seasoning. Break it up as it cooks.
- Cook 10 slices of beef bacon with a lid to prevent grease splatter.
- Mix plain Greek yogurt, light mayo, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, no sugar ketchup, sweet relish, and garlic powder to make the sauce.
- After cooking, place cooked beef over potatoes, then top with bacon, and finally lay 12 ultra-thin cheese slices over it. Return to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Notes
Tip: If beef bacon is unavailable, you can substitute with turkey bacon.
