High Protein Philly Cheese Steak Bowls
A delicious, high-protein meal perfect for meal prep, featuring seasoned potatoes, lean ground beef, and a cheesy topping.

Ingredients
- 3LBS 96/4 ground beef
- 2lbs potato medley (or any potato you like)
- 1 small bell pepper
- 16oz chopped onion
- 150g low fat cottage cheese (blended)
- 150g part skim mozzarella
- 30g Parmesan
- 12 slices of ultra thin Swiss cheese
- 75g bone broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Chop potatoes, then season with paprika, salt, and Italian seasoning. Lay them on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- Cut your onion and bell pepper. Cook your beef with one seasoning of your choice. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and bone broth.
- In a blender, blend the low-fat cottage cheese until smooth.
- To the cooked beef, add the blended cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and bone broth. Mix until cheeses are melted and evenly combined.
- Remove potatoes from the oven. Spread the beef mixture on top of the potatoes. Lay 12 ultra-thin slices of Swiss cheese on top.
- Place back in the oven to broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Divide into 8 meals and enjoy.
