Queso Taco Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 pounds of 96% lean ground beef
- 4 to 6 tablespoons of taco seasoning
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Bone broth, as needed
- Bell pepper, chopped
- 9 servings of protein pasta
- 200 grams of reduced fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Use a slow cooker to cook the ground beef with taco seasoning, hot sauce, and bone broth on high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once the beef is cooked, mash it to break it up and mix well.
- Add chopped bell pepper to the beef mixture.
- Cook the protein pasta separately.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture with the cooked pasta.
- Add 200 grams of reduced fat cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.
- Cover the mixture with sauce, then cover the pot to allow flavors to meld.
