Slow Cooker Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken Noodles
A flavorful and easy slow cooker dish featuring chicken, udon noodles, and a spicy peanut sauce.
- Total Time: 2 hours 40 minutes (high) or 4 hours 20 minutes (low)

Ingredients
- 600g diced chicken breast
- 600g (4 packets) udon noodles
- 65g smooth peanut butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 peppers, sliced
- 300g carrots, sliced
- 25ml rice wine vinegar
- 30ml light soy sauce
- 30g sriracha
- 20g easy garlic
- 20g easy chilli
Instructions
- Add your onion, chicken, peanut butter, soy sauce, carrots, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, garlic, and chilli to a slow cooker pot. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or low for 4 hours.
- Remove the lid and mix. Then add in your peppers and udon noodles. Stir well and then cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
