Sweet Chili Chicken Loaded Fries
A high-protein, quick sweet chili chicken loaded fries recipe.

Ingredients
- 2-3 medium russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
- Avocado oil spray
- 1.5 lbs ground chicken
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Avocado oil, spray
- Light soy sauce, 2 tbsp
- Sweet chili sauce, 3 tbsp
- Optional: Cornstarch slurry (1/4 water + 2 tsp cornstarch)
- Chives, optional
- Wontons, optional
Instructions
- Start off by cutting potatoes into a thin french fry shape. Pat dry, spray with some avocado oil, season with salt.
- Air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- On high heat, sear ground chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes until it develops a golden brown color.
- Add three cloves of minced garlic, light soy sauce, and sweet chili sauce. Use cornstarch slurry to thicken if desired.
- Assemble the fries and top with sweet chili chicken.
- Drizzle with yogurt ranch, garnish with chives and crispy wontons for texture.
