Three Favorite Ground Beef Recipes
Three easy and nutrient-dense ground beef recipes to help you pack on muscle while eating clean.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of grass-fed ground beef
- 1 whole onion
- A boatload of garlic
- 1 cup of orzo
- 2 cups of beef bone broth
- As much spinach as you want
- As much cheese as you want
- Ground beef, seasoned
- Wedge potatoes
- Favorite burger toppings (e.g., onion, pickles, avocado)
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 package of coleslaw mix
- A little bit of water
- Soy sauce
- Chili paste
- A little bit of hoisin sauce
Instructions
- Put two pounds of grass-fed ground beef in a pan with a whole onion and a lot of garlic. Cook until done.
- Add 1 cup of orzo and mix well. Add about 2 cups of beef bone broth.
- Mix in as much spinach as you prefer and cook until orzo is done.
- Add cheese to your liking and serve.
- Cook ground beef thoroughly and season it as desired.
- Cook wedge potatoes separately.
- Place ground beef and potatoes together and top with burger toppings like onion, pickles, and avocado.
- Cook two pounds of ground beef and an onion thoroughly.
- Add one package of coleslaw mix and a little water to the pan. Mix well.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, and a little hoisin sauce for flavor. Mix thoroughly and serve.
